为进一步提升预校(培训部)全体师生的外语学习能力与研究能力,预校副校长(兼培训部主任)高瑛教授邀请美国匹兹堡大学学习研究与发展中心(LRDC)的Christian Dieter Schunn教授来东北师范大学进行二语教学与学习系列讲座及教学科研工作坊。时间为5月21日-23日,具体安排如下:

Professor Christian Schunn obtained his PhD from Carnegie Mellon University in 1995. Currently, he is Co-director of the Institute for Learning (a center aimed at improving K-12 education in large school districts), Senior Scientist at the renowned Learning Research and Development Center, Professor of Psychology, of Learning Sciences and Policy, and of Intelligent Systems at the University of Pittsburgh, and Chief Learning Scientist for Peerceptiv. He directs research and design projects in writing, science, mathematics, technology, and engineering education using a wide range of empirical methods. Most relevant to the conference, he directs the SWoRD project, a web-based system for using peer-review to accelerate writing in secondary and university education settings and to provide a supercollider for educational research on writing and learning by reviewing. He is a Fellow of AAAS, APA, APS, and the International Society for Design & Development in Education.
Schunn教授1995年获得卡耐基梅隆大学博士学位,匹兹堡大学心理学教授,学习科学与政策以及智能系统研究领域的教授,匹兹堡大学学习与发展研究中心高级科学家。
作为同伴写作互评系统首席科学家,Schunn教授开发的Peerceptiv系统已在美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、南韩、新加坡等国家的上千门学术英语写作教学中使用,为学科英语写作质量和数量提高起到了不可估量的作用。Schunn教授一直致力于通过实证方法进行写作、科学、数学、技术以及工程教育方面的研究。自1998年开始撰书立说,据Google Scholar不完全统计,至少有十篇文章平均引用次数200次以上。
“教师教学与学术成果育培计划”是中国赴日本国留学生预备学校(教育部出国留学人员培训部)简称“预校”(培训部)于2018年9月策划、推出的教师教学与学术能力提升与成果培育工程,该计划也是迎接中国赴日本国留学生预备学校建校40周年暨培训部成立16周年系列活动之一。“育培计划”将邀请在外语教研领域具有崇高声望和深厚造诣的国内外专家来校举办学术活动,旨在帮助广大教师搭建外语教学与学术研究平台,了解外语学科领域教学理念与学术研究的发展前沿,夯实教师的教研基本功,提升预校(培训部)的整体教学与科研水平,推动教研成果的产出,为庆祝预校建校四十周年暨培训部成立十六周年献礼,为学科队伍建设与教师职业生涯的长足发展奠定坚实基础。
